I took a trip to Arizona to see family. Took lots of pictures - here is a teaser, I will post more soon.

I guess I am showing my political hand a bit with this one – But with all the Accusations of Obama being socialist and bailouts of the biggest companies going on, I could not help but post this.  Found this on a blog that pulled it from another blog and…  Well you can follow the links.

I found a really cool photostream the other day.  I wrote the person the runs it and was told that it automatically pulls images form people’s favorites in Flickr.  There is a really unique mix of images in both subject mater and quality.  With that said, I have seen some really great work that was truly inspiring.  You can also link from the images to the photographers Flickr Photostream.

Hi Everyone, Well it has been a while, was hoping to have time to update more then this, but those of you who know me… well let’s just say I keep myself busy.

 Here are few picture of my reef tank. It is in a slow recovery cycle after a huge crash. But is now starting to look better. Enjoy

My Reef Tank is a 150 half circle.  Fun - it is like having three tanks, diffent for each side.

I got the opportunity to photograph the opening of the Mangrove project that the Black Rock Arts Foundation is doing in Reno.  The exhibit is located in downtown Reno at Sierra St. and Island Ave.  It consists of several of the tree sculptures that were around the Man at 2007 Burning Man art festival. 

You can see all the pictures at www.hammonphoto.com/mangrove.  They pictures end up in reverse order this web site, but it shows the opening event of the Mangrove and some evening shots of the sculptures.  This is the grand opening and the evening of that day.
